If we’re starting off with a new site that doesn’t have any current rankings, we’ll still perform keyword research and create a plan to start building right from the beginning!
Then, we will perform an in-depth Keyword Gap Analysis to find highly valuable keywords your site is NOT yet targeting.
We will reveal all the keywords your competitors are ranking for that you’re missing out on. This shows us which new keywords your site should be targeting and provides a starting point for more new content.

Expect To Start Seeing Results About 90 Days After We Get Started
Every month our team will choose the best combination of deliverables for your website. We encourage you to give us the opportunity to provide at least 3 months of work, as Google takes time to crawl the results and make changes.
A recent report by Moz indicated that it can take up to 10 weeks for links to start taking effect, so patience is key! You will have the opportunity to book another call each month to personally review your campaign.
Next Steps
Onboarding and Campaign Research
Before we can start, we need you to head to your client portal and fill out the onboarding form so that our team can get started on campaign research. We will take the information you provide to find your “easy wins” keywords, as well as perform an in-depth keyword gap analysis to find tons of awesome keyword opportunities for your content strategy.
Follow-Up Call
When our research is complete, we will ask you to book a call so we can review the campaign with you and answer any questions!
Campaign Approval
After our call is competed, we will initiate the first round of deliverables and notify you when they are ready for your approval. You will have the option to reject any content if you would like to shift the campaign focus. If you prefer, we are happy to push content directly to your site without approval to streamline the process.
Please note that we will automatically approve content ten days after submission to ensure that your campaign stays on track!
